Perpetual Futures Smart Contract Developer

Solana Blockchain ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled Solana Blockchain Expert to create innovative smart contracts and infrastructure for our perpetual futures platform.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional Rust development experience, with a strong understanding of the Solana programming model and Anchor framework.They will also have experience with DeFi protocols, oracle integration patterns, and common DeFi security patterns and vulnerabilities.The role involves designing smart contracts for perpetual futures contracts with dynamic funding rates, building settlement batching mechanisms for high-throughput trade execution, and implementing collateral vaults, margin calculations, and PnL tracking.The successful candidate will be able to handle 100+ trades/second with sub-second settlement latency, manage user funds non-custodially with multiple safety mechanisms, and build real-time liquidation systems that protect protocol solvency.We operate in a fast-paced startup environment, and the ideal candidate will be self-directed, have strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working with concurrent/parallel programming.Key Responsibilities:Create smart contracts for perpetual futures contractsDesign and implement settlement batching mechanismsDevelop collateral vaults and margin calculation systemsBuild real-time liquidation systemsEnsure protocol solvency and user fund securityRequired Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of professional Rust development experienceStrong understanding of Solana's programming model and Anchor frameworkExperience with DeFi protocols and oracle integration patternsKnowledge of common DeFi security patterns and vulnerabilitiesSelf-directed with strong problem-solving skillsComfortable working with concurrent/parallel programmingBenefits:Fast-paced startup environment with opportunities for growthCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and advancement
