Contract Lifecycle SpecialistWe are seeking a Contract Lifecycle Specialist to oversee end-to-end post-contract obligations and ensure ongoing compliance, timely renewals, and revenue alignment.The successful candidate will maintain and track the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Order Forms, and Statements of Work.A strong understanding of commercial contract terms is crucial for this role, with particular emphasis on finance or revenue operations backgrounds.Maintaining structured documentation and updating contract records within internal systems is also key. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure clarity and execution of contract terms.The Contract Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for monitoring key contract obligations, deliverables, and renewal timelines; proactively sending reminders and coordinating actions with relevant teams.In addition to these responsibilities, the Specialist will support invoice management, ensuring accuracy, timely issuance, and tracking payment status in partnership with Finance.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.The Contract Lifecycle Specialist will provide recurring reporting on upcoming renewals, revenue schedules, and contractual risks or gaps.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.As a valued member of our team, you can expect:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.The chance to make a meaningful contribution to our organization's success.
