You have found the right team.As an Analytics Associate in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. Job responsibilities:Demonstrate advanced programming skills in Python; write complex SQL code and automate processes to source, transform, and analyze data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.Apply critical thinking and perform advanced analytics to solve complex, multi-faceted business problems using analytics and visualization platforms such as QlikSense, Tableau, and Alteryx.Create and leverage analytical approaches to analyze domain-specific source data, providing accurate conclusions and identifying improvement initiatives.Communicate ideas and results to stakeholders and leadership clearly and concisely, showcasing excellent problem-solving abilities.Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations for business performance improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet organizational business needs.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills6+ years of working experience on analytical tools (Tableau/ Qliksense/ SQL)At least 8+ years of exp. with Alteryx/ Python/ databricks to develop ETL pipelinesExperience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting dashboards Strong grasp of big data disciplines, AWS, Agile (scrum) methodologies, and new technologies. Able to communicate effectively with Senior leaders to enable collaboration, decision-making, and transparency.Experience in developing standardized solutions for data acquisition, transformation and analysisPerform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance.
