Creative Visual Assets Specialist

Visual Content Creator RoleThis role involves creating engaging visual content that resonates with diverse audiences across various platforms. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality assets, such as videos, graphics, and animations, to support marketing initiatives.Edit long-form content into polished video and audio outputsCut long-form content into short clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and InstagramAdd branding elements, lower-thirds, animations, intros/outros, and hooks to make content engagingCreate static and motion assets for:social media posts and carouselscase studies and one-pagersemail banners and simple web/landing page visualsYouTube thumbnails and cover graphicsDevelop and maintain visual identities for in-house content (e.g., podcast series)Create clean, on-brand sales presentations in PowerPoint/Google SlidesKey responsibilities include agency marketing, client support, required skills and experience, tools and technical skills, bonus requirements, and soft skills and ways of working.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:Exceptional design and creativity skillsStrong understanding of visual storytelling principlesFamiliarity with design software and toolsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent communication and project management skillsBenefitsThis role offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.Working at KandidlyWe are a forward-thinking company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions.
