We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a passion for designing engaging visual content that tells compelling stories and supports business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPitch Decks: Develop visually stunning and strategically sound sales and investor presentations that drive results.Social Media: Create eye-catching static and motion graphics for platforms like Instagram, X, and YouTube that capture audience attention.Marketing Collateral: Design brochures, one-pagers, flyers, and other print/digital materials that support product and brand campaigns.Website & Landing Pages: Work with marketing and web teams to design on-brand web graphics, banners, and page layouts that enhance user experience.Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of our visual identity.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, content, and growth teams to translate messaging into compelling visuals that drive engagement.RequirementsA minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design is required.A strong portfolio demonstrating design work across decks, digital campaigns, web, and print is essential.Expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva is necessary.Familiarity with basic motion design tools such as After Effects is a plus.An understanding of marketing fundamentals and storytelling through visuals is critical.The ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
