They will focus on maintaining the effectiveness of scripting strategies and will have opportunities to engage directly with customers at a core level.What will success look like in this position?The scripting specialist will collaborate closely with customers to develop monitors tailored to their infrastructure needs. This role involves a continuous learning curve throughout one's career. We have examples of individuals who began in scripting roles and have since transitioned into product management.ResponsibilitiesProactively work with clients, providing expert analysis and insightsCreating test scenarios for clients using playwright based front end scriptingWork as an extension of your client's team, assisting in ad hoc analysis or testingContribute actively to knowledge base, blog, and other product-related documentationAbility and means to travel as needed.Research, analyze, and resolve customer issues and questionsCollaborate with engineering in identifying product defects, designing solutions, and testing.Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in automation testing (QA) using PlaywrightExperience in front end development/testing using JavaScriptExperience in using REST and SOAP APIsExcellent conceptualization and communication skills.  Great listening skills and customer focusedAbility to work independently and as a team memberGood problem-solving capabilities OverviewCatchpoint is the Internet Resilience Company.  The top online retailers, Global2000, CDNs, cloud service providers, and xSPs in the world rely on Catchpoint to increase their resilience by catching any issues in the Internet stack before they impact their business.
