JOB DESCRIPTION Content Specialist (Creative Strategy + Content Creation + 360° Campaigns) Location: Jayanagar / Rajajinagar – Bangalore (In-Person) Company: TBB Agency Role Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Saturday (10AM - 7PM) Experience: 1–4 years in Content, Creative Strategy, Social Media, or Marketing SALARY RANGE ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on skill, creative strength, ownership, and prior experience) ABOUT THE ROLE If you live on Instagram, spot trends before everyone else, and can turn even a boring moment into great content — you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for a Content Specialist who’s part-creator, part-strategist, part-brand brain. Someone who can shoot, script, ideate, plan campaigns, direct creators, and basically bring a brand’s personality to life across every platform. You’ll work across beauty, lifestyle, F&B, personal branding and more — fast-paced, creative, hands-on, and zero boring days. WHAT YOU’LL DO 1. Create Scroll-Stopping Content Shoot reels, product shots, BTS, and on-ground content (your phone is enough). Edit quick, clean videos on CapCut/VN. Bring aesthetic + storytelling together in every piece you make. 2. Build 360° Creative Campaigns Come up with campaign ideas, hooks, and ad angles. Turn brand goals into strong creative directions. Make moodboards, decks, and creative outlines that actually make sense. 3. Script Writing & Captions That Hit Write snappy hooks, clean scripts, and high-retention storylines. Craft captions, ad lines, and content ideas that feel fresh, not forced. 4. Social Media Strategy Plan monthly content calendars. Study what’s working, what’s flopping, and why. Keep the brand’s tone + aesthetic tight across all platforms. 5. Influencer & Creator Direction Create fun collaboration ideas and influencer campaign themes. Write creator briefs that are clear (not confusing). Make sure their content matches the vibe + strategy. 6. Work With the Creative Squad Coordinate with designers, editors, performance teams. Review creatives and give feedback that’s helpful, not harsh. Manage timelines, briefs, and overall quality control. WHO YOU ARE Creative with a sharp eye for aesthetics Trend-savvy (your FYP is your research lab) Loves filming + being hands-on Organized (or at least trying) Comfortable juggling multiple brands Fun, proactive, and communicates well SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED (Not mandatory, but a big plus) Inshot / Imovies / basic video editing Script writing and copywriting Canva or Figma familiarity Trend awareness and niche research Experience in influencer content direction Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube content formats
