Key Responsibilities Include Procuring Vendors For Various ServicesWe are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to manage our vendors for printing, logistics, travel, event management, training supplies, and field operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements, monitoring vendor performance, managing procurement for program-related needs, coordinating logistics, and ensuring transparent documentation of purchase requests.Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements to ensure best value and quality.Monitor vendor performance and maintain relationships for long-term partnerships.Manage procurement for all program-related needs, including printing of IEC materials, training kits, and supplies.Coordinate procurement and logistics for field visits, workshops, and district/block level training.Ensure transparent documentation of purchase requests, quotations, bid comparisons, purchase orders, and invoices.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably in the development or NGO sector.Experience managing procurement for field operations, training, and printing preferred.Strong negotiation, documentation, and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.About This Role:This role is critical to our organization as we seek to improve our procurement processes and build strong relationships with our vendors.
