Our satisfied clients include corporations, government agencies, schools, retail stores, hotels and many more.Position Overview:We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the AV industry and a strong understanding of system design, implementation, and onsite project execution. You will work closely with the project manager, technical team, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of AV integration projects.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of AV integration projects. Support the project manager with documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation. Interpret AV system drawings, signal flow diagrams, and schematics. Oversee onsite installation, configuration, and testing of AV systems including displays, audio systems, video conferencing, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX). Conduct system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and commissioning. Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors during project execution. Ensure all project activities comply with company standards and safety requirements. Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users post-installation. Prepare and maintain project documentation such as reports, test results, and handover documents. RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field. 2–4 years of experience in the AV industry or related field. Strong knowledge of AV systems integration, cable management, and equipment installation. Familiarity with AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, Shure, etc. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Hands-on experience with onsite project execution and coordination. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
