Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Engineering Manager (Electrical) Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline of low to medium complexity. Each day, you will work on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also demonstrate your proficiency by applying basic design thinking and design-for-excellence concepts in your work.The work model for the role is: #LI – Onsite.This role contributes to the Process Automation segment within the Energy Division in the India Region, specifically for the Excitation business.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, select, and apply standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments.Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for engineering projects.Use checklists to perform design verification in accordance with applicable standards and engineering guidelines.Qualifications for the roleCommitment to project engineering, with a focus on excitation systems.3 to 7 years of experience in project engineering, with direct design experience using E3 or EPlan.Advanced knowledge of electrical design and engineering in excitation or LV drivesKeen interest in customer management.Diploma or engineering degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.More About UsThe Energy Industries Division serves a wide range of industrial sectors, including hydrocarbons, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power generation, and water with integrated solutions that automate, digitalize, and electrify operations, the division supports established industries in their decarbonization efforts.
