The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the hospitality or travel sector, with a proven ability to generate new business, build long-term client relationships, and deliver impactful sales presentations.As a Sales Executive, you will be expected to maintain an excellent understanding of the hospitality industry's nuances, challenges, and opportunities, while positioning as the preferred partner in various sectors of the travel industry.Key Responsibilities:Event Representation:Act as the primary representative for at industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions . This includes attending domestic and international events to promote the brand, generate leads, and expand the company's visibility.Proactively engage with event attendees, decision-makers, and key stakeholders, building meaningful connections that have the potential to convert into business opportunities.Maintain and expand an active network of industry contacts and prospects by attending and participating in key industry functions, both virtually and in person.Position as an authoritative voice in the travel industry through thoughtful discussions, panel appearances, and product demonstrations.Lead Generation & Sales:Identify and generate new business opportunities through a strategic approach that includes outreach, market research, networking, and leveraging current relationships.Qualify leads by conducting thorough research into prospects' needs and ensuring that 's services and products align with their objectives.Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors' movements to identify sales opportunities.Maintain an organized, effective pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and the successful conversion of prospects into loyal clients.Relationship Management:Build and sustain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders across multiple levels of the travel and tourism sector.Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions to clients' unique needs while nurturing existing partnerships to ensure continued business growth.Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of their engagement with .Sales Presentations & Proposals:Develop and deliver customized sales presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the value of our platform and services.Tailor sales pitch decks, proposals, and demos to meet the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring alignment with their business priorities.Demonstrate thought leadership by sharing relevant industry insights and best practices during presentations and discussions.Market Analysis & Strategy:Conduct comprehensive market research to understand client needs, emerging trends, and potential threats or opportunities in the market.Regularly evaluate competitor offerings to understand their strengths and weaknesses, ensuring 's value proposition remains competitive.Identify and implement sales strategies that leverage insights from market analysis to position as the preferred partner in the travel and tourism industry.Negotiation & Closing:Handle the full sales cycle , including initial outreach, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.Effectively negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support company revenue goals while delivering value to clients.Ensure timely deal closures , optimizing the conversion of leads into signed agreements.Reporting & Strategy:Maintain regular communication with the management team, providing updates on sales progress, forecasting, and opportunities.Prepare and present quarterly sales reports , analyzing performance against set goals and suggesting improvements or adjustments in strategy.Contribute to the overall sales strategy , collaborating with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment in messaging and approach.Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and operations teams to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns that drive new business.Share client feedback with the team to improve service offerings and marketing collateral.Contribute to content creation, such as case studies, testimonials, and success stories, that can be used to attract new business and retain current clients.Qualifications:Proven Sales Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in the hospitality , travel , or tourism sector . A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is required.Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the hospitality industry , travel trends , tourism sector dynamics , and emerging opportunities. Knowledge of travel-related technologies and platforms is a strong advantage.Strong Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with a diverse range of clients, from small business owners to senior executives.Sales Strategy & Execution : A strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales initiatives, backed by the discipline to execute them effectively.Self-Motivated : Proactive and driven to deliver results independently, while also excelling in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Time Management & Organization : Superior organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple clients, and maintain a steady focus on key objectives.Willingness to Travel : Frequent travel for events and client meetings is required.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred.Desirable Skills:B2B Sales Experience : Familiarity with B2B sales models, particularly within the travel, tourism, or related industries.CRM Systems & Analytics : Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) and the use of sales analytics tools to track and optimize sales performance.Multilingual : Proficiency in multiple languages is a significant plus, especially those relevant to global travel markets (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin).
