Opportunity – General Corporate & M&A Lawyer |Boutique firmRole Highlights:Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.Private Equity & Venture Capital: Advise on investments, exits, and deal documentation for financial investors and corporates.Transaction Documentation: Independently draft, review, and negotiate SPAs, SHAs, investment agreements, and other ancillary contracts.Due Diligence & Structuring: Supervise due diligence exercises, advise on transaction structuring, and provide strategic legal inputs.Client Engagement: Act as a key contact for clients, counterparties, and advisors, ensuring efficient execution of deals.General Corporate Advisory: Provide high-level advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts.Ideal Candidate:Lawyer from the 2014–2019 batches (6–11 years PQE) with strong experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate advisory at a reputed law firm.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills with proven client-handling experience.Educational background: LLB from a reputed institution.Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing high-value, time-sensitive transactions and mentoring junior team members. ​​​​​​Your privacy and the privacy of others are important.
