Exciting Career Opportunity – General Corporate Lawyer | Tier 2

Role Highlights:
  • Corporate Transactions: Advice on mergers, acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate matters.
  • Funds Practice Exposure: Work on fund-related matters (AIFs, private equity funds, investment vehicles); prior fund experience is not mandatory but willingness to learn is essential.
  • Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents including SPAs, SHAs, investment agreements, JV agreements, and commercial contracts.
  • Transaction Execution: Actively participate in due diligence, deal structuring, and closing of complex corporate transactions.
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with Indian and international clients, investors, and advisors to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Cross-Practice Involvement: Collaborate with colleagues across teams for multi-disciplinary transactions.
  • Ideal Candidate:
  • Lawyer with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate and transactional work at a reputed law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills with hands-on experience in live transactions.
  • Educational background: LLB from a reputed institution.
  • Must be open to handling fund-related assignments (prior exposure is not necessary).
  • Ability to work under transaction timelines and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
