The team is focused on data and is involved in multiple projects ranging from report creation to developing machine learning models for forecasting. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple concurrent data-driven projects, translating ambiguous business problems into structured analysis and actionable recommendations. Drive hands-on data analysis using Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, automation/scripts) and Python (pandas, Jupyter notebooks, visualization). Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics, uncover insights, and build lightweight dashboards or reporting systems. Extract, clean, and analyze data from Salesforce and other systems to enable better decision-making. Present insights in a clear, narrative-driven manner tailored for non-technical stakeholders, driving alignment and action. Apply project management best practices to bring structure, clarity, and focus to data initiatives. Identify inefficiencies in reporting and analytics processes, propose scalable solutions, and lead tool evaluation or rollouts. Guide junior analysts or vendors, ensuring analytical rigor and business alignment. Qualification Criteria: 5+ years of experience in analytics, project management, or related roles in SaaS companies. Prior startup experience preferred – comfortable with ambiguity, multiple hats, and rapid execution. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivots, conditional logic, scripting/automation). Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, visualization, Jupyter Notebooks). Strong business intuition — ability to connect numbers to business impact and ask the right questions. Proven track record of stakeholder collaboration across teams to define metrics, prioritize, and deliver insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills — ability to tell a clear story to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with lightweight automation (Google Apps Script, JavaScript) and Salesforce data structures is a plus.
