Global Communications ProfessionalThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, global environment where you will play a vital role in creating and managing community posts and communications for diverse audiences.The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation—with the ability to engage with complex, high-level stakeholders.Responsibilities include:Creating engaging community posts to foster interaction and share updates.Developing and executing communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.Writing and maintaining concise communications, including knowledge base articles, Wiki content, processes, best practices, and presentations.Managing internal site content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.Maintaining a comprehensive document library for team collaboration and external sharing.Providing training resources and recommendations to support development and implementation plans.Translating complex processes into clear language, workflows, and step-by-step instructions.Participating in all phases of communications development, from project planning through release.Key qualifications include:Bachelor's degree required.5–7 years of experience in communications, content creation, or related roles.Proven track record of managing community posts and presenting policies and procedures globally.Demonstrated project management skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, along with strong motivation and positive attitude.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and willingness to adapt to flexible working hours.
