Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Engineer.This role involves reviewing design plans, procedures, test plans, and quality manuals to understand the problem scope, requirements, and functions.As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet organizational and customer quality and product integrity requirements.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to identify root causes of problems in customer tickets; recommend corrective measures.By analyzing data, you will identify trends in product quality or defects, mitigating and preventing future defects.You will author and review test cases for product specifications, ensuring adequate coverage.Our Quality Assurance Engineers execute tests across enterprise apps and supported browsers, achieving maximum test coverage.Success in this role requires an engineer with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to think critically.You will also write and execute tests to certify features and detect regressions.
