Job Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Inspector. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and integrity of renewable energy equipment.Responsibilities:Conduct inspections on renewable energy equipment, including solar modules, energy storage systems, wind turbines, and inverters.Develop and maintain inspection plans and checklists tailored to specific project requirements.Lead and coordinate on-site inspection teams, ensuring efficient execution of activities.Verify conditions on site prior to performing inspections, utilizing the 5M methodology.Monitor testing lead times to ensure completion within agreed schedules.Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.Prepare and submit comprehensive inspection reports, highlighting findings and recommendations.Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing timely updates on inspection progress.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field.Professional knowledge: Ability to correctly interpret drawings, specifications, and test procedures.Professional qualifications: Experience in renewable energies, energy storage, or factory inspection.Relevant experience & years: At least 5 years' experience in quality control (factory or on-site) and at least 5 years' experience in a PV module technical position.Management skills: Minimum 1-2 years management experience required.Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.Language skills: Highly proficient in spoken and written English.Other requirements: High ethics, outstanding communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work independently 80% of the time.
