Job Title:Financial Consolidation Specialist - GlobalOur team is looking for an experienced Financial Consolidation Specialist to join our global team. As a Financial Consolidation Specialist, you will be responsible for the preparation and consolidation of financial statements from local currency and into USD.Process trial balance loads from source general ledger system and into the FCCS consolidations system.Translate the consolidating financial statements from local currency and into USD leveraging the system capabilities.Ensure that all manual and system's Eliminations have been processed and all IC and Offset accounts are at zero.Process and Prepare LE and Consolidated CTA Proofs to validate whether or not the FS's translated correctly.Provide support for local Statutory Filings.Key Responsibilities:Reload Day 0 FX rates overwriting the Day -3 FX rates so that the consolidated BS can be re-translated.Process Intangible Asset roll-forwards for CM, QTR, and YTD and validate that they are correct.Process Goodwill roll-forwards for CM, QTR, and YTD and validate that they are correct.Ad Hoc Reporting configuration in FCCS.Reporting suite maintenance as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with CA or CMA20+ years of experience in complex consolidationsSignificant FX Remeasurement experienceExperience translating local currency financial statements into the Parent's USD reporting currencyExperience with CTA (cumulative translation adjustment) and CTA Proofs and how to troubleshoot this cycleAccounting background and attention to details is requiredUnderstanding troubleshooting problems with ConsolidationERP system experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite)General ledger account analysis experienceFluctuation Analysis process experienceCash Flow consolidation experienceASC 230 'Effect of Exchange Rates on Cash' Proof experienceIntercompany accounts involving many IC subsidiaries experienceAdvanced Excel skills and FP&A software experience
