Role SummaryThe Senior Financial Analyst will facilitate strategic decision-making across the organization by leveraging strong analytical skills, ability to work with large datasets and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders company-wide.Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Director of Finance to conduct in-depth variance analysis on revenues, expenses and profit margins for prior year and budget comparisons across multiple entities and consolidated basis.Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages for Senior Leadership.Analyze data to provide actionable insights.Support data transformation from enterprise software systems and ensure data integrity across reports.Maintain and enhance financial reporting processes.Develop reporting dashboards using business intelligence tools to help visualize performance.Aid in creation and management of annual business plan.Provide Ad-Hoc analysis as required by the finance team.Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years' experience in Finance and/or Accounting.Pertinent college degree.Experience with detailed variance analysis.Proficiency in enterprise software systems a plus.BenefitsStrong analytical, organizational and communication skills.Highly proficient Excel user.
