The Role

We're looking for an Inside Sales Rockstar to join our team If you love the thrill of chasing leads, building genuine relationships, and closing deals — all while working from wherever you like — this one's for you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Chatting with potential customers via calls, emails, and Zooms (lots of Zooms)
  • Digging deep to understand their business needs and how Illumine can make their lives easier
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from that first hello to sealing the deal
  • Teaming up with marketing and customer success to find new ways to wow our customers
  • Staying on top of industry trends (we like people who know what's up)
  • Hitting your targets like the sales pro you are
What You'll Need
  • 2–3 years of inside sales experience (bonus if it's in tech)
  • Great communication and people skills — like, really great
  • Self-motivated and good at juggling tasks without dropping any
  • Familiar with CRM tools and sales tech (HubSpot, Salesforce, or your weapon of choice)
  • A love for hitting goals and helping customers win
