The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize large-scale data integration solutions to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using Talend for large data volumes. Develop and optimize data integration workflows across multiple source systems. Perform data modeling, design, and development for analytics and reporting solutions. Work with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark for data transformation. Implement data quality, validation, and governance frameworks . Deploy and manage ETL solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot data pipelines for high performance and reliability . Collaborate closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data requirements effectively. Essential Skills Strong hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend-based solutions. Excellent proficiency in SQL , performance tuning, and Fastload concepts. Solid experience in Big Data integration using Hadoop/Spark . Exposure to cloud ETL tools such as AWS Glue, GCP Dataflow, or Azure Data Factory . Good understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills . Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering / ETL Development. Experience working in large-scale enterprise data environments.
