You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to bring every bathroom design to life with accuracy and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Interact directly with customers to understand their site conditions, preferences, and requirements.Prepare detailed design drawings using advanced software tools.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.Anticipate potential site challenges and proactively suggest solutions.Maintain a high level of precision in drawings, ensuring alignment with brand standards.Support senior designers in preparing BOQs, site reports, and revision drawings.Requirements:Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / B.E. in Civil Engineering.Experience: 1–2 years in architectural or interior design, preferably with customer-facing exposure.Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate challenges.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.Why Join Us?As a member of our Design Team, you'll be part of a young, design-driven team shaping how modern India experiences its bathrooms.
