Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the brand and category teams to conceptualize and execute influencer marketing plans that set the brand apart from other skin care brands in the market.
- Build a close-knit, strong relationship with key influencers and work with them to develop them into brand advocates.
- Build systems and processes to track deliverables, timelines, and output across creators.
- Own campaign calendars, timelines, and dependencies to ensure 100% on-time execution (without a drop in quality) across all platforms.
- Partner with social media, brand, and category teams to streamline influencer activations
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management, brand management, or influencer marketing or any creative management role
- Very passionate about the D2C or beauty industry OR influencer marketing
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or content-driven campaigns is NOT a must
- Creative thinker who’s also highly organized and deadline-driven
- Prior experience in a D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand is a good to have
