Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Thane

Job Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:

The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This role requires an individual with a keen understanding of the healthcare industry, strong recruiting skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and healthcare professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health staff.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry conferences to find potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization’s needs.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer and onboarding.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment between candidate profiles and job requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with healthcare regulations, including licensing requirements and certification standards.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about trends and developments in the healthcare industry to better understand the competitive landscape and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.





Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on healthcare roles; experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare professions and industry-specific requirements; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.

Workdays: 5 days (Monday - Friday)

Shift Timing:

6:00 pm to 3:30 AM IST

Compensation: Fixed Salary (Including PF)+ Incentives & + Free meal + Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility.
