The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, outreach, and cold calling.Comfortable working independently to meet monthly lead-generation targets.NCR Eduservices partners with universities, tutoring companies, and edtech platforms to provide scalable academic operations support.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in the education and edtech space, generate qualified leads through email campaigns, outreach, and telephonic follow-ups.Outreach: Write personalized outreach messages and track engagement through CRM tools.Qualification: Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and ensure smooth handover to the Sales team.Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for higher conversion rates.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation for the US market.Tools: Strong understanding of email prospecting, Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or equivalent tools.Cold Calling: Proven experience in cold emailing and calling decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Operations, or Academic Leaders).Communication: Excellent communication and writing skills with a professional US communication tone.Self-Management: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in night shifts (5 PM–2 AM IST).Preferred QualificationsEducation Background: Experience in the education or edtech sector is a strong plus.CRM Systems: Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar CRM systems.
