We train and empower youth—particularly women from rural and low-income backgrounds—to become certified caregivers for India's rapidly growing elderly population.With a strong focus on dignity, skill-building, and economic opportunity, CareVidya operates across India in collaboration with governments, NGOs, and community partners.About the RoleAs a Field Recruiter (Mobilization Officer), you will lead community outreach and recruitment efforts to enroll youth in our professional caregiver training and placement program.This role requires regular field visits, collaboration with local stakeholders, and candidate engagement via phone and digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach & PartnershipsIdentify and engage with local NGOs, SHGs, Panchayats, and youth groups to generate leads.Represent CareVidya Academy at job fairs, community events, and training awareness drives.Digital & Telephonic SourcingPromote training opportunities through WhatsApp, Facebook, and local job forums.Make outbound calls in Kannada and Hindi to explain the program and motivate participation.Candidate Engagement & SupportMaintain regular follow-up with leads and assist them through the application and onboarding process.Help with form filling, document verification, and training orientation coordination.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of outreach and recruitment efforts using Excel or Google Forms.Submit weekly updates to your reporting manager.Who Can ApplyMinimum Qualifications:Graduate in any disciplineRequired Skills & Attributes:Confident in phone-based communicationBasic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms)Well-organized, motivated, and comfortable working with recruitment targetsPreferred Experience:Previous work in recruitment, mobilisation, social outreach, or NGO collaboration is a plus.Job Type: PermanentPay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceLeave encashmentPaid sick timeProvident FundWork Location: In person
