We ensure that businesses can recover their assets profitably and efficiently.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager - Collections Contact Center located in Bengaluru. The Quality Manager will oversee the daily operations of the collections contact center to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating performance metrics, implementing quality improvement programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing regular training and feedback to staff. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and achieve business objectives.QualificationsExperience in performance monitoring, quality assurance, and contact center managementStrong skills in compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication, leadership, and team management abilitiesProficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process optimizationKnowledge of collections and asset recovery industryBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldAbility to work on-site in Bengaluru
