Wellversed is hiring junior to mid-level Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialists to work full-time out of our office premises in Gurgaon. We require the Talent Acquisition professional to understand the recruitment functions. Ultra-high proficiency in verbal communication, written communication, and operating Google Sheets and Google Forms is mandatory.ResponsibilitiesManage the non-tech recruitment and selection process.Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Take initial HR screening and Culture Fit interview roundsFormulate hiring plans, coordinate with the leadership team and department heads, and provide talent recruitment solutions with zero friction.Ensure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions, identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels/sources and assess candidates to ensure role match, cultural fitment, etc.Develop and manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the team.Utilize multiple strategies to break hold-ups in recruitment using headhunting skills,Requirements6 Months to 6 years of experience with solid understanding of sourcing techniques, usage of job boards and toolsExcellent Verbal and written communication skillsAbility to gauge Behavioural Aspects/Cultural Fitment of candidatesProficiency in using Google Sheets/ExcelHighly organized in work planning and team communicationPeople-oriented and results-drivenCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyLoves taking ownership and achieving targetsAbout WellversedWellversed owns and operates a portfolio of nutrition brands to empower people to attain their most optimal state of wellness.
