In this position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows-based environments used for QuickBooks hosting, TR hosting, and other application workloads.Key Responsibilities:Manage and Maintain Windows Server EnvironmentsConfigure and Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and User/Session ManagementAdminister and Optimize Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Multi-User EnvironmentsPerform Server Hardening, Updates, and Ongoing System Performance MonitoringManage File Permissions, Shares, Profiles, and Storage AllocationsHosting Support:Provide Application Hosting Support for QuickBooks Desktop and Thomson Reuters Software in a Multi-Tenant EnvironmentInstall, Configure, Update, and Troubleshoot Hosted ApplicationsHandle User Access Issues, Session Problems, Printing Issues, Mapping Drives, and Performance ComplaintsCoordinate with Application Vendors when Needed for Escalated IssuesClient Support:Serve as Primary Technical Contact for Hosting Clients (L1/L2)Troubleshoot Remote User Connectivity Issues including RDP/SSL/VPNProvide Timely and Professional Communication across Email, Tickets, and CallsAssist with User Onboarding, Environment Setup, and Migration TasksCloud Hosting & Operations:Monitor System Health, Uptime, CPU/RAM Usage, and Resource AllocationAssist in Provisioning New Servers, Scaling Resources, and Maintaining High AvailabilityParticipate in Backup Verification, Disaster Recovery Testing, and Security Compliance RoutinesDocument Environment Changes, SOPs, and Troubleshooting Guides
