Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the overall human resources strategy and ensuring its effective implementation.Your primary responsibility will be to conduct inductions for new joiners, welcoming them to the organization and ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience. You will also organize team-building activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist in preparing employee invitation letters, assessing and organizing regular training programs, and handling vendor management and contract management.
