You will collaborate closely with global product, engineering, and data science teams, working directly with senior stakeholders to capture requirements, design workflows, and ensure that AI-driven platforms meet customer and enterprise needs. From day one, you will be embedded in high-impact projects, supporting the rollout of AI-native products and platforms across financial services, energy and retail. Key Details: Location: Offices in Pune, India (with global collaboration across the US and UK) Compensation: Competitive base salary, performance incentives, and growth opportunities Career Outlook: Be part of a flagship innovation hub, gaining global exposure while advancing into senior business analysis, product, or strategy leadership roles What You Will Lead and Deliver: Partner with business and product stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into detailed AI solution requirements Analyse, document, and optimise workflows where AI, GenAI, and automation can create measurable business impact Support data-driven decision making by mapping business processes to data models, ensuring quality and alignment with AI applications Work alongside engineering and data teams to validate requirements, track progress, and ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled platforms Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI projects, ensuring adoption and commercial outcomes are measurable Act as the voice of the customer and the business within technical teams, ensuring solutions are user-centric, compliant, and scalable Support change management, training, and stakeholder adoption initiatives as AI solutions roll out globally Role Overview: This is not traditional business analysis. As an AI Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of a new global innovation hub, where cutting-edge technology meets practical business application. Your role will be to ensure that the power of AI translates into tangible impact for financial services, shaping how products and platforms evolve across markets.
