Position Description
As a Lead - WMS Consultant, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative Warehouse Management Solutions for Manhattan Associates' clients. In addition to technical and functional responsibilities, you will oversee a team, fostering collaboration, professional development, and operational excellence. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead technical and functional discussions with customers to design and implement complex WMS solutions.
- Develop detailed design documents, operational workflows, CRP demonstrations, and implementation strategies.
- Contribute to solution enhancements, modifications, and innovation forums to improve product offerings.
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures, tools, and standards, ensuring bug-free project releases.
- Guide and mentor team members, promoting a growth mindset and professional development.
- Build and manage high-performing teams while ensuring smooth coordination across project teams.
Skills Required
- 7+ years of experience in the supply chain domain, with expertise in WMS solutions like Manhattan WMS or BY OMS.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions with a strong customer-facing background.
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise, with a growth mindset.
- Comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle and associated processes.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field; a master’s in business management is a plus.
