The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience and be proficient in handling multiple accounting responsibilities efficiently.Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting (Mandatory skill).Experience with accounts payable processing to manage and verify vendor invoices (Mandatory skill).Skilled in reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of accounts (Mandatory skill).Experience using QuickBooks for accurate financial management and transactions.Familiarity with accounts receivable management to ensure timely payments and collections.Ability to produce comprehensive financial reports for management review and decision-making.Data entry proficiency to maintain precise financial records and documentation.Understanding of SAP software for efficient financial operations management.Bilingual skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial documents and records.Support the accounts payable and receivable functions by processing invoices and payments.Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial data for reporting.Maintain filing systems for accounting documents in a clear and organized manner.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.Prepare reports and summaries to support financial decision-making processes.Manage routine financial transactions and monitor account balances regularly.
