About Debt Management ProfessionalOur organization seeks a seasoned debt management professional to oversee the development and maintenance of our centralized collections and debt management solution for retail, SME, and corporate banking portfolios.This crucial role will define, govern, and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the solution—a cutting-edge debt management platform designed to empower financial institutions to manage delinquency, automate collection strategies, improve recovery rates, enhance compliance, and reduce operational cost.The successful candidate will ensure that the product equips financial institutions with the tools needed to effectively manage their debt portfolios, optimize collection processes, and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Communicate the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach for the debt management solution.Foster alignment across all parties by following up on main product improvements and aligning Collection module development accordingly.Owning, prioritizing, and regularly updating the product backlog.Converting business, risk, and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.Monitoring debt management performance using analytics and KPIs.Actively participating in Agile ceremonies and serving as the voice of collection teams, risk departments, and end users throughout the product lifecycle.Requirements:A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, business, or related fields.10+ years of experience in debt management, collections systems, credit risk, or financial software platforms.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, decision engines, and integration patterns.Strong understanding of soft & hard collection workflows, tele calling, field visits, stat card, restructuring processes, repossession, skip tracing, and legal collections.
