Job Title: PKMS / WMi Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced PKMS / WMi Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive testing of PKMS/WMi enhancements and new deployments, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.Analyze business requirements and develop detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate end-to-end warehouse processes.Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless implementation of WMS functionalities.Support production validation, cutover verification, and go-live readiness by executing QA cycles, documenting results, and tracking defects.Work closely with warehouse operations, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations.Provide support for test data preparation and environment setup as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:At least 3 years of hands-on testing experience with PKMS / Manhattan WMi.Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution business processes, including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, receiving, shipping, putaway, replenishment, and returns.Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and defect tracking, such as JIRA, ALM, or Zephyr.Ability to write SQL queries for data validation and analysis.Experience with EDI, integration testing, and interfaces with ERP / OMS systems is highly desirable.Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.
