Advanced AI Quality Assurance ExpertAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned professional in Artificial Intelligence Quality Assurance to ensure the quality, reliability and ethical integrity of our cutting-edge AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for AI and Machine Learning products.Maintain and improve existing test automations and tools, such as Tosca, Python, Selenium.Implement Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, BDD methodologies for functional testing activities.Evaluate and validate Agentic AI Agents.Assess Responsible AI principles and practices, including fairness, bias detection, explainability, privacy, and security in AI systems.Work with cross-functional teams in DevSecOps environments.Leverage knowledge of test toolsets and development languages, including C#, Java.Analyze Generative AI (GenAI) Solutions, evaluating model outputs, prompt engineering, and understanding generative models.Collaborate on DevOps pipeline processes, change management, release, and deployment.Conduct UAT, defect reporting, triage, and prepare QA metrics.Understand multiple disciplines of testing, such as functional, integration, performance, compatibility.Requirements:6 years of relevant experience in AI Quality Assurance.ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent experience.Test management tool expertise, such as Atlassian Jira, Azure DevOps.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Strong drive, enthusiasm, and ability to multitask.Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
