Job Opportunity:As a member of our core HR team, you will support end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement processes.Source and screen resumes via various job portals to identify top candidates.Conduct thorough candidate assessments for various roles to ensure the best fit.Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth hiring process.Maintain and update recruitment trackers and performance reports to optimize results.Support onboarding documentation and coordination to ensure a seamless transition.Contribute to HR operations and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.Research industry best practices in recruitment and HR technology to stay ahead.Requirements:Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.A strong passion for building a career in Human Resources is essential.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are necessary for success.Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation tools is required.An eagerness to learn, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
