Energy Incentives Coordinator RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our energy incentive programs. As an Incentives & Rebates Program Manager, you will be responsible for researching and applying for relevant grants and rebates to support our renewable energy projects.Key Responsibilities include:Research and maintain a database of U.S. energy incentive programs.Prepare and submit technical and financial documentation for applications.Track application progress, approval status, and payout timelines.Generate reports summarizing captured incentives and upcoming opportunities.Stay up to date with U.S. energy policies and clean-tech funding changes.Required qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or Energy Management. 3+ years of experience in research, energy incentive programs, or grant administration. Strong English communication and writing skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PDF editing, and online research.The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability and has prior work experience with U.S. clients in the clean energy sector. Compensation includes competitive salary in INR (based on experience), performance bonus tied to successful incentive capture, fully remote role with U.S. collaboration, paid training on U.S. energy programs, and career growth in the global clean energy industry.
