We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Data Analyst to join our innovative team. The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the product management team in all aspects of product development, from conceptualization to launch and beyond. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Role

Data Collection and Analysis:
Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., user activity, marketing campaigns, and customer support).
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Performance Reporting:
Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as user acquisition, retention, engagement, DAU/MAU, and more.
Create clear, visually compelling reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
Experimentation and Optimization:
Partner with marketing and product teams to design A/B tests and analyze results.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and user experience.
Data Strategy:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and ensure data accuracy.
Support the implementation of predictive models to improve personalization and engagement.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
