Job Title: IT Projects Sourcing ExpertWe are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an IT Projects Sourcing Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new IT projects, clients, and technology opportunities to drive business growth.The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the IT industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals independently.They will also have experience in IT sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing, with a deep understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI, DevOps, Digital Transformation, IT Outsourcing, and Staff Augmentation.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Opportunity Sourcing:Identify IT projects, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders from global markets (UAE, India, KSA, Europe, US).Source new IT project opportunities for software development, cloud, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, etc.Target enterprise, mid-size, startup, and government clients.Business Development & Client Acquisition:Build relationships with decision-makers: CTOs, CEOs, Procurement Heads, Product Managers, and IT Directors.Pitch services and convert leads into paid projects.Conduct requirement understanding calls and solution walkthroughs.Pipeline & Account Ownership:Own the opportunities you bring until successful closure.Maintain an active pipeline of leads, discussions, and negotiations.Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.Market Research & Expansion:Track industry trends and new technology demands.Identify potential markets to expand service offerings.Scout for recurring and long-term partnership opportunities.Required Skills & Experience:A strong network in IT, consulting, or enterprise technology.Experience in IT sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing.Understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to identify opportunities and close deals independently.Experience working with global markets (UAE/KSA preferred).Benefits:High Commission-Based Earning Model.Commission on RFP/RFQ/Tender Identification, Successful Bid Submissions, New Client Acquisition, Project Conversions, Staff Augmentation Placement, Project Extensions & Upsells, Renewals (performance-based).Remote & Flexible Work Model.No fixed office timings.No daily reporting pressure.Full independence in managing your pipeline.Ideal Candidate Profile:Independent, proactive, and self-driven.Strong business acumen and understanding of the IT services ecosystem.Ability to build long-term, trust-based partnerships.Target-oriented with a passion for growth and conversions.
