Key Responsibilities -
This role focuses on developing strategies and planning Go-to-Market approaches for digital marketing in new city and country launches.
Execution and management of all digital marketing channels with the aim of increasing the customer acquisition and retention across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, and Affiliates.
You will work closely with performance marketing agencies and with cross-functional internal teams such as business, product, data analytics, and creative to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
Analyze new market trends in performance marketing and regular competitors analysis to create an action plan to put them into execution
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to make data driven decisions that will help to achieve targets
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive both strategy and ground execution
Should be currently in a role where he/she manages an internal execution team or an agency.

Skill
4+ years of Digital Marketing experience and proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple channels for India (international countries is a plus) and handling agencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of analytics tools and insight generation that are best aligned with the channel strategy
In depth understanding of the attribution modeling of users
Strong Excel abilities and SQL Knowledge is a Plus
High ownership and curiosity
Structured approach & Good Problem Solving Skills
Knowledge of digital marketing to target iOS users is a plus
