  • Advanced knowledge of daily monitoring and management of Arista setup
  • Experience in comprehensive OS patch upgrades and vulnerability management for Arista Devices
  • Expertise in module configurations, optimizations, and additional feature configuration
  • Induction of new Arista Switches into the running fabric, including UAT and hardening of new switches
  • High-level troubleshooting of hardware/software issues and coordination with Arista Technical Assistance Center
  • Creation of detailed Action Plans for updates/patches and bug fixes
  • Extensive documentation updates to HLD & LLD including detailed diagrams
  • Development of advanced automation solutions using APIs available in Arista platforms
  • Regular and comprehensive reporting: Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
  • Shifts at Data Center as required
  • Coordination with Arista team for Product Lifecycle management and product updates
  • Network audit: In-depth configuration review, compliance checks, design review, and best practices
  • Network Operations: Advanced troubleshooting support on Arista equipment, customer escalation liaison with Arista TAC, Help Desk support, managing trouble tickets, and generating high-level monthly reports on trouble tickets
