We're Hiring: Team Lead – RCM (US Healthcare)

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our RCM – US Healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of medical billing experience with strong expertise in NextGen EMR/PM systems and proven leadership skills to manage and guide a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of medical billing professionals handling end-to-end RCM activities.
  • Ensure accurate charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure SLAs, quality, and productivity benchmarks are met.
  • Handle escalations and provide resolution support for complex billing issues.
  • Collaborate with management to drive process improvements and client satisfaction.
  • Train team members on NextGen and billing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5–7 years in US Healthcare Medical Billing, with at least 2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
  • Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with NextGen EMR/PM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work Night Shift (US Hours).
