Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Startup Generalist/ Strategy Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various functions within the company, including operations, delivery, sales, and creatives.

As a Startup Generalist/Strategy Associate, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities. You should also be able to work independently and be comfortable taking on new challenges.

Responsibilities:

1.Support operations by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and tracking progress
2.Assist with video delivery efforts by conducting market research, developing content, and managing templates and creatives.
3.Contribute to product development by providing feedback, researching new technologies, and collaborating with the development/AI team
4.Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the overall growth and success of the company

Requirements:

1.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
2.Ability to work independently and take initiative.
3.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
4.Previous experience in a startup or small business is a plus.
5.Graphic design, video editing skills, and landing pages creations are all plus.
