Job Title:Order to Cash ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Order to Cash professional to manage order to cash process management and improvement in a fast-paced business environment.Conduct credit investigations, grants or holds shipments based on customer's available credit and initiates collections from delinquent accounts.Investigate and verify the financial status and reputation of prospective customers applying for credit, prepares documents to substantiate findings, and recommends rejection or approval of applications.Assess/Develop/Deploy standard methodologies for the improvement of AR working capital and decreased bad debt expense.Establish credit limits on customer accounts and handle special credit arrangements and deviations from standard terms of payment.Key Responsibilities:The selected candidate will work closely with sales management to ensure all steps have been taken to improve the customer's credit limit for the purpose of improving sales while mitigating risk.Responsibilities also include reviewing collection reports ascertaining the status of collections and balances outstanding to ensure compliance with the Credit & Collection policy, auditing delinquent accounts considered to be noncollectable to ensure maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad debt status to the account, collaborating with other departments on accounting and finance-related projects, participating in the annual audit, and possessing good understanding of Billing, Customer Master and cash application processes and understand the linkages among them and solve challenges, if any.Requirements:Extensive knowledge of order to cash process management and improvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
