As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee relations.Drive HR strategy and workforce planning to achieve organizational goals.Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective talent management.Manage end-to-end hiring across functions to find the best candidates.Run key performance indicators (KPIs), reviews, and learning and development initiatives to enhance employee growth.Strengthen culture, onboarding, and engagement through strategic programs.Manage payroll, human resource management systems, compliance, and documentation to maintain a seamless operation.Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).You will collaborate with leadership to align business objectives with HR initiatives, foster a positive organizational culture, and manage change effectively.Key Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
