Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Intern - product delivery associate** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and customer interaction. As a Speech-to-Text Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for analyzing and configuring keywords/phrases from the transcript. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Analysis & Quality Control:**

- Analyze speech-to-text data and use it for configuration

- Review transcripts and identify areas for system enhancements.

- Collaborate with developers to implement feedback loops for better model accuracy.


- Customer Interaction & Support:

- Assist in onboarding clients to the Platform.

- Handle customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time support to improve the client experience.

- Work directly with clients to understand their specific needs and customize solutions accordingly.


- Documentation & Reporting:

- Assist in the creation of documentation for both internal teams and clients regarding usage, troubleshooting, and best practices of the platform.

- Report insights and findings to product and development teams for continual system improvement.


Collaboration

- Work with customer success and technical support teams to resolve client issues related to the platform.

- Assist with training and onboarding materials for clients using the SAAS platform.



Skills & Qualifications:

- Familiarity with speech recognition technologies and natural language processing (NLP).

- Knowledge of SAAS platforms and experience handling customer support or client interactions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.


Preferred Qualifications

- Basic understanding of machine learning models and AI technologies.

- Previous internship or work experience in a client-facing role is a plus
