Great opportunity for a Seasoned Forsta Plus Survey and Market Research Professional.
About the Role:
More than 4 years of holistic experience and the advanced skills to manage end-to-end complex primary research projects across regions and industries. Technically proficient and Quick learner with quick adaptability to learn new tools and platform. Having good knowledge of scripting, reporting, emailing, maintaining trackers. Should be able to implement translations of various languages used in survey. Expertise include End-to-End project management, Survey Programming on Forsta Plus (ConfirmIt), Transitioning from one software platform to another, Custom DCM, MaxDiff, Segmentation, Email campaign, Template creation, Stakeholder management etc. Hands-on experience with ad-hoc and monthly/yearly tracker studies. Responsible for client communication, understanding the project requirements, communicating with internal and external stakeholders and delivering the project well within the timeline. Good experience in executing B2B and B2C projects involving a range of target respondents. Should be able to work on multi-market trackers with extensive data records, demonstrating strong data comprehension. Process-oriented with the ability to optimize processes for cost and time efficiency. Conducted product and process analysis, offering actionable solutions such as process improvements, product modifications, or quality standard enhancements when necessary.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
BE/B-Tech or similar field with programming/scripting knowledge.
Required Skills:
- At least 7 years of experience in programming on ConfirmIT (Forsta Plus) Platform.
- Strong communication skills and experience in client relationship management.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills.
