Basic Information
Position Title Process Leader
Experience Level 8 to 10 years
Department - Finance
Location - Gurgaon
Position reports to - Finance Controller
Job Purpose
- Supervising the teams processing monthly payroll, including Statutory compliances,
- accounting and CTC reimbursements across the globe (including but not limited to UK, US,
Hong Kong, Canada, Australia, Dubai and India etc.)
- Ensuring function is working properly. All required controls are in place and required details
are available as required
- Co-ordination with HR and payroll vendors
- Ensuring correct payroll, correct taxes, Timely payment and resolving queries
- Managing escalations
Key Responsibilities
Managerial Responsibilities
- Managing team of 3-4 members
- All sub functions are working as desired / required
- Recruitment of team members as required
- Job rotation / allocation to manage planned / unplanned staff leaves
- Plan for month end close, audits and job allocation according to same
Functional Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate payroll payments
- Ensuring all required controls are in place and are being followed without any fail
- Co-ordination with Treasury department to ensure availability of required funds
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Payroll taxes, withholdings, their payments and related filing and GL accounting
- Participate in various meetings / calls for various projects
- Guidance to team members / direct reports as required
