Job Title: People Partner (HR Business Partner)

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic People Partner to work closely with business leaders in our Technology/Product teams. This role is not a generic HRBP position - it requires active business partnering with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, Tech hiring, and workforce planning. The People Partner will act as a trusted advisor, aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology/Product leadership to design and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive talent acquisition support, workforce planning, and capability building for niche tech roles.
• Lead initiatives in performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Provide insights through data-driven HR practices (attrition, hiring quality, talent health).
• Manage organizational change and culture-building programs.
• Collaborate with COEs (Talent, Rewards, Learning) to deliver seamless HR solutions.
• Act as a strategic advisor on leadership coaching, manager enablement, and organizational design.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–14 years of HR experience with significant HRBP exposure in product/software/tech environments.
• Proven experience in business partnering beyond transactional HR – influencing leadership decisions.
• Strong grounding in Talent Acquisition/Tech hiring along with broader HRBP responsibilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical skills, and ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Exposure to organizational transformation, diversity & inclusion, and people analytics preferred.

Ideal Background

• Current/previous experience in software product firms or technology-led organizations.
• Ability to balance strategic HR interventions with hands-on execution.
